Through May 19 106th Rhododendron Festival
See a rhody blooming and you know it's spring in the Pacific Northwest. The 106th Rhododendron Festival officially begins on Friday evening with the Rhody Pageant, where Queen Rhododendra is crowned. The festival weekend includes a flower show, parade, car show, arts and craft fair, 5K run, carnival, helicopter rides and more. This year's theme is "Come See What We See" in honor of the Grand Marshal, Seal Lion Caves, the privately owned cave attraction 11 miles north of Florence along the coast, home to wild sea lions and a variety of sea birds, celebrating their 80th anniversary. June 24-September 2 Fort Clatsop Ranger Programs

June 30 4th Annual Wings & Wheels
The Wings & Wheels show, in its fourth year, is open to anyone with a show-worthy car, all years, makes and models are welcome. Saturday, June 30 from10am to 3pm, the show includes helicopter and bi-plane rides, weather permitting, and a full concession area.
