Seaside Downtown Wine Walk
The Seaside Downtown Wine Walk features Oregon Wineries showcasing their best wines in Downtown Seaside businesses with complimentary appetizers. A commemorative event wine glass and ID bracelet will be required for wine tasting. Price is $10. Must be 21 or over to participate. Wineries will be charging nominal tasting fees. Oregon's Premier Beach Soccer Tournament presented by the Seaside Chamber of Commerce. Beach soccer is a 5 on 5 game played on a field that is 40 yards long and 30 yards wide. Matches last 36 minutes and are split into three twelve-minute periods. Starting time 9am On the beach in Seaside

5th of July Beach Clean Up
Bags can be picked up along the Prom at Avenue U, the Turnaround and 12th Street. Bags are handed out on the 4th during the parade, at merchants and in the evening before the fireworks start. Filled bags can be left at the the lifeguard standards along the beach, at any trash receptacle along the prom or in the dumpster at the turnaround. 8am-11am Seaside Beach

Lewis & Clark - Salt Makers Return
Visitors will be representing Clatsop Indians who are coming to the salt camp to trade wild berries, fruit, meat and other 1806 trade goods for beads and bright pieces of metal. When you arrive at the sign "You are now entering the year 1806" you will find men in costume, on the beach in Seaside Oregon, performing first person interpretation of the Salt Maker they are portraying. These men have studied their historic character and they perform the part in the jargon of 1806. The first person interpreters will be scooping ocean water out of the surf, bringing it to the Salt Camp and actually making sea salt. Begins Friday at 4pm through Sunday 3pm. Seaside Beach Ave. U

SOLVe Oregon Fall Beach Cleanup
Statewide volunteer beach cleanup from 10-1pm. Join Oregonians from across the state to celebrate nearly three decades of twice-yearly beach cleanups along the entire Oregon coastline. This effort benefits people and wildlife alike, supporting clean seas and healthy communities for present and future generations.
