Pelican Productions retains all rights to photos taken by its photographers and reserves the right to use photos for future advertising, editorial or electronic uses. Advertisers may be granted rights for usage of copyrighted photos for advertising in Pelican Productions' media products only. No other commercial usage of photos is granted to parties other than Pelican Productions without a written usage license agreement. A minimum usage fee of $400 will apply to all such commercial uses and may only be used with written usage license from Pelican Productions, Inc.
Ads designed by Pelican Productions are the property of the Publisher and may not be used for any other purpose without written consent. We may grant consent for an ad design to be used for other purposes as a courtesy to our customers, in which case we will email to the customer a high-quality PDF of the ad in its original form (no alterations in size or content) for the standard minimum fee of $35. Non-customers will be charged a release fee and graphics production charges totaling a minimum of $165 for this service. All ads released for other use must contain only customer-provided artwork.
