Attractions and Recreation:

  • Cape Meares State Park

    Cape Meares State Park

    Cape Meares Lighthouse, the Octopus Tree and viewpoint overlooking Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge offshore. Picnicking, hiking trails, beach access.

  • Three Capes Scenic Loop

    The Three Capes scenic drive goes west to Oceanside, then south to Pacific City, near where it rejoins Hwy 101. You'll see Cape Meares, Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda.

  • Cape Lookout State Park

    A 2000-acre park with over 8 miles of hiking and walking trails, and beaches.

  • Cape Kiwanda State Park

    The smallest of the Three Capes, has beaches, picnicking, hang gliding, boating and wildlife watching.

  • Robert Straub State Park

    Beaches, picnicking, restrooms.

  • Garibaldi Museum

    Maritime heritage museum open May through October, Thursday through Monday, 12-4pm.

  • Tillamook Air Museum

    Exhibit of over 30 vintage aircraft.

  • Tillamook County Creamery

    Home of Tillamook Cheese: factory tour, cheese samples, ice cream, cafe, gift shop.

  • Oregon Coast Scenic Railway

    Ride the steam train along Tillamook Bay.

  • Latimer Quilt & Textile Center

    Quilt exhibits, weaving & spinning demos and instruction.

  • Munson Creek State Natural Site

    Hiking trail to Munson Creek Falls.
