Resorts that Rejuvenate

Relaxation. Refreshment. Rejuvenation. This is what many travelers are seeking on their visit to the Northwest Coast. Those pursuits don't have to be just a fantasy, they are made easy by a number of coastal resorts that feature their own on-site spas offering a wide range of services.

Article Imagecourtesy of Stephanie Inn If you're looking for the ultimate relaxing getaway, a romantic rendezvous or a healing retreat, several coastal resorts are fully prepared to deliver those experiences with their own on-site spas. Add pampering and a large dollop of self-indulgence and you have the formula for a new you! But, is it really pampering to have a massage or a facial or a manicure and pedicure or all of the above? Is it self-indulgent to combine personal maintenance with beautiful surroundings? Look at it as a reward for all you do or as a break in a routine that is anything but calming. Once you have given yourself permission, the rest is easy. Of course, it works much better when you spend the night - or two or three. Make a reservation, line up the services you want, enjoy all that one-on-one TLC and then – best of all – float back to your room, warm and cozy in a plush robe, dreamy with the fragrance of lotions and potions and slip between those satiny sheets for a short nap before whatever is next. No donning clothes, jumping in the car and getting out in the weather and the traffic. Ah, bliss!
There are no bad choices here. Whichever place you choose to stay, you will be treated like royalty, given spa treatments by the best in the business and leave with a renewed sense of vigor, feeling beautiful and well cared for. There are Salon services available as well as Spa services and it's always a good idea to book early. Enjoy!
