Popular Menu Item Returns to Bridgewater Bistro

By popular demand, the Mayan Salad is back on the menu at Bridgewater Bistro in Astoria. A meal in itself, the Mayan Salad is a mix of roasted beets and yams, marinated red quinoa, avocado, black beans, corn and tomatoes. Chef Jake Martin also updated the original dressing into a vinaigrette, making it a lighter honey-lime version that is vegan-friendly.
