Baked Crab Mac & Cheese at Twisted Fish Steakhouse in Seaside
The Baked Crab Mac & Cheese rates high on our list because it is very crabby...in a good way. Crab, Tillamook cheddar and Parmesan cheese are the primary elements in this dish. The top is slightly crunchy and caramelized but it's very creamy when you dig in. The cheeses are not overpowering and the crab is the star in this coastal take on traditional comfort food. Light portion with garlic bread for $12 or full entree for $20. Twisted Fish Steakhouse, Seaside, OR (503) 738-3467

But be sure to taste this treasure and add a scoop of ice cream or flavored liquor to pump up the volume. Crepe Neptune, Cannon Beach, OR (503) 436-9200
