Fall and Winter Discounts on Select Properties at Beachhouse Vacation Rentals in Seaside

Lodging Briefs Several property rentals through Beachhouse Vacation Rentals in Seaside offer special discount rates during the fall and winter months. A pet-friendly cottage that sleeps four with a fenced back yard is being offered at $70 per night, discounted from $95. A beach house that sleeps six near golf, beach and dining is $100 per night, $70 off the summer rate. For larger parties of up to 15 there is a well-appointed Gearhart home offered at $295 per night, down from $425 in the summer. Weekly rates are also discounted and some properties offer your third night free. These specials are good from September 15 to March 15. Some restrictions and fees apply.
