A wine pairing dinner event is offered at Sweet Basil's Cafe and The Wine Bar in Cannon Beach May 19. Chef John Sowa prepares a four-course meal pairing each course with wines from Tablas Creek Winery of Paso Robles California. Highlights of the meal include Razor Clam Rigatoni using local clams and Bison Bourguignon with Oregon raised grass fed bison as well as seasonal local produce.
