Siletz Bay Buffet is All New at Chinook Winds Casino Resort in Lincoln City

Article Image From the dining and serving areas to the menu, Siletz Bay Buffet has a new look. Located on the second floor of Chinooks Winds Casino Resort in Lincoln City, the Siletz Bay Buffet is sporting an updated dining room and serving areas and has added some new items to the menu. The buffet now offers carved prime rib seven days a week and the Bountiful Seafood Buffet is every Friday. The dinner menu includes entrees of cedar-planked salmon, all-American beef, seasonal winter pasta and creamy homemade mac-n-cheese. To these you can add cold, crisp salads and hot side dishes. Also on the menu are Native Antipasto selections featuring Native American flavors. The buffet serves breakfast from 8-11am for $8.95, lunch from 11:30am to 3:30pm for $9.95 and dinner is served from 4:30-9pm Sunday-Thursday for $15.95, until 10pm Friday for $19.95 and Saturday for $18.95.
