The Wine Shack in Cannon Beach is Under New Ownership

Steven and Maryann Sinkler have purchased The Wine Shack in Cannon Beach, Oregon from longtime owners Dean and Pat Reiman. "We are so grateful that they have entrusted us with this terrific store and Puffin Brand wines," say the Sinklers. The Sinklers, while endeavoring to maintain the integrity of this local shop, have added some new wine selections to the already wide variety. Some new wines include Capitello Pinot Gris, LaVelle Pinot Gris, Benziger Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, Bouza Tannat and Albarino, Kyra Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris as well as Sokol Blosser Evolution Red and a warm-weather favorite, Luccio Moscato d'Asti.

The tasting room, located on the second floor, is now open Friday through Sunday from 1-5pm. Taste four wines for $5. Additionally, several bistro tables and chairs have been added for your comfort and snacks of locally made cheeses and pepper jellies are also available. Coming soon, look for a menu of small plate offerings to enjoy with wines by the glass. The Tasting Room may also be reserved for private events.
