Following a remodel of the bakery, the folks at Grateful Bread in Pacific City are baking for other restaurants in the area as well as their own. They are increasing the gluten-free products they offer, which include spelt bread with pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. There are more gluten-free items to come. If you want their marionberry scones or spiced pumpkin cream cheese scones, get there early, as they fly off the shelf quickly.
