Published: 03/23/2016  Updated: 03/24/2016

New and vintage clothes mingle with an eclectic mix of vinyl records, whimsical accessories and fresh facial products on the rustic shelves of Doe + Arrow in Astoria. Since its opening in July, the men's and women's boutique has positioned itself as a shopping destination for fashionable young locals with an eye for both the historical and the hip. Once an item sells out, owner Chelsea Johnsen seldom restocks it, hoping to keep her selections seasonally current for returning customers. Prices start around $10 for smaller pieces, with larger items, such as tents and sleeping bags, topping out at $160.
